Here are a few guidelines to help your fundraiser be the most effective:

*Review the order form with the participants who will be taking orders. May sure everyone understands how to fill out the form correctly and neatly.

*Review the items being sold. We suggest you let all the participants selling the products see the samples of the products. If they are able to see the products, they will be able to help their customers better.

*Have the participants make a list of 20-30 people they think would like to order some of the pro-life products offered. Encourage them to contact everyone on their list within 2-3 days. You may want to offer some small incentive for those who complete this simple, yet highly effective task.

*Stress to the participants the importance of having all the orders turned in by the deadline. Make sure they know that the checks should be made payable to your organization.
