Want to make a lasting impression on an unborn baby?

To participate in ACCESS' ABC Program, your organization simply hands out baby bottles (supplied by ACCESS) to members for a 3-4 week period to collect donations. Each person/family is asked to take a baby bottle home, display it in a prominent place, collect change in it & return the bottle with the money collected. All money raised will help ACCESS better serve the women with unplanned pregnancies who may be seeking abortion. Your organization will greatly benefit knowing you all helped saved the life of a baby threatened by abortion. To make this fundraiser simple & highly successful, a representative of ACCESS will guide you step-by-step to the biggest & best celebration you have ever seen!

Our first year - July 1, 2003 - June 30, 2004 - we collected $15,798.07!

Our second year - July 1, 2003 - June 30, 2005 - we collected $29,710.44!!!

St. Cletus Parish in Gretna, LA has collected the most money to date-
$5,106.80!!

 

Access Baby-bottle Celebration is EASY AS 123!!

Easy as 123! With the Access Baby-bottle Celebration we can easily
raise funds to help the ACCESS Center.

4-6 weeks before
-let ACCESS know how many baby bottles are needed for your Parish (75% of Church membership), school or organization
-get ABC packet from ACCESS (bulletin announcement, fliers, etc) or click here for all the packet

3 weeks before
-put up posters and flyers in the Church
-place info in bulletin or newsletter every week until the day the bottles are handed out
-encourage youth groups to get involved
-encourage competition - men vs. women, youth vs. adults, class vs. class,
faculty vs. students etc.

2 weeks before
-have an announcement at all services about the upcoming fundraiser

The weekend of the ABC Program
-a representative from ACCESS or a member of your congregation can speak about the program and ACCESS at one or all services that weekend or at your organization meeting
-pass out bottles - either have them in back of church or pass them around in baskets and encourage congregation to take one

Next 3 weeks
-continue to encourage everyone to fill the bottles
- use announcements or bulletin
-encourage them to take the bottles to work, to their women's group, to their hairdresser's, etc.

The weekend of Return (3 weeks later)
-the liaison and/or ACCESS board member will need to be there to collect the bottles on the date specified
-please empty the bottles into the canvas coin bags and bring the money collected to your bank
-please send check made payable to "ACCESS" , with your Church name on the check, to ACCESS Baby Bottle Fundraiser PO Box 640447., Kenner, LA 70064
-the empty bottles can be brought to the Metairie Office
